pm-dispatch: objectos upgrades to a full repo:objectos seat — the maintainer exercised the A-upgrade early; the multi-repo section's "no seat now" line is stale #9699

Maintainer action + words (2026-08-18, PM chat with the skills seat, session session_01WswfK2yNYT9hNnMH6TzAwL): a dedicated objectos PM has been started (「objectos 是新开的项目经理,是不是少了座位帖。」). Under the same-day Option-B ruling this is the registered A-upgrade, exercised early by the maintainer's own call — legitimate, and it makes one SKILL.md line stale.

The objectos sentence currently states 「⛔ 现在不铸 repo:objectos 座位」 with the written escalation trigger. Amend to: the seat EXISTS (maintainer-exercised upgrade, this card's provenance), objectos execution moves from the devx fold-in to the repo:objectos execution seat (same execution-seat discipline as repo:objectui / repo:cloud: claims/dispatch/review/landing in-repo, ⛔ no domain:*/type/grading production), triage remains four-repo unchanged. Keep the honest-machinery notice (no changeset flow, no packages/; merge queue + build required + merge_group now LIVE as of today — update that clause too, it predates the queue).

Prerequisites recorded, not part of this diff: the new seat files its own seat post (pm:seat, [PM seat] repo:objectos, six-section template, checked against the index first — verified absent 2026-08-18 ~16:0xZ, 12 posts none objectos); label vocabulary run pending (maintainer's ensure-pm-labels.sh, already four-repo since PR #9558).
