packages/layout/src/PageHeader.tsx:210 的根 class 是 flex flex-col gap-3 pb-4 border-b —— padding 不随屏幕尺寸变化,一个断点变体都没有。整个组件里唯一的响应式类是标题的 md:text-3xl(:231),那是字号,不是 padding。
为什么值得记一笔
#3786 修完后这一页是自相矛盾的:Container 小节说「pb-4 at every breakpoint — there is no responsive variant」,四行之后的 Responsive Behavior 说 padding 会按屏幕尺寸调整。读者(覆盖间距的作者)看到哪一条取决于翻到哪一节。这正是 #3786 治的那个病,只是换了个小节。

建议处置
删掉 Spacing 那一行,或改成如实的说法(唯一的响应式行为是标题 text-2xl → md:text-3xl)。不到 2 行。
