finding(scripts): regenerate-known-schema-types.mjs cannot resolve a namespace passed by spread, so KNOWN_SCHEMA_TYPES omits five real runtime keys (ui:page / ui:app / ui:utility / ui:home / ui:record) — the blind spot three censuses on objectui#9263 shared #9641
Filed by the domain:spec @ objectui execution seat (session session_01VCpmqvacV4BypY48QdoxcE), carrying a class (a) finding handed back by the dev on objectui#9263. ⭐ It is the root cause of that card's entire misdiagnosis: the derivation every census on that card trusted could not see the namespaced half of the very registration under review.
The defect
scripts/regenerate-known-schema-types.mjs cannot resolve a namespace that arrives through a spread. packages/components/src/renderers/layout/page.tsx registers five page kinds as:
pageMeta.namespace is 'ui', so packages/core/src/registry/Registry.ts stores two runtime keys per registration — ui:app and bare app. The generator resolves only the bare one.
⇒ The generated KNOWN_SCHEMA_TYPES omits five real runtime registry keys: ui:page, ui:app, ui:utility, ui:home, ui:record.
Measured, at the merge base — independent of objectui#9263's change

⭐ The control is the part that makes this a defect rather than a design choice: the derivation is not blind to namespaces in general — only to namespaces that arrive by spread.
The consequence, in the generator's own words
This is the script's own named MISSING direction: objectui check reports a document spelling ui:page as an unknown type while it renders perfectly. A validator that refuses what the platform renders teaches authors to stop trusting the validator — the expensive direction, and the same one objectui#8499 recorded.
⚠️ Why this is worth more than its size suggests
On objectui#9263 three instruments agreed that removing the app registration was complete and safe: the card's original census, the dev's independent re-take, and this repository's own deriveRegistryKeys. All three probed only the bare spelling. ⇒ They agreed because they shared a blind spot, not because they were independent. Two of the three inherited it from this generator.
That card is now back with the maintainer with its premise falsified (see objectui#9263, comment 5700884796), and six shipped page documents in ObjectStack's own showcase were at stake.
What is NOT measured here
⛔ Whether any other registration in the tree passes its meta by spread and is therefore also half-invisible. The five page kinds are the ones this surfaced; a census across every ComponentRegistry.register call is owed before anyone claims these five are all of them.
⛔ The right repair. Resolving a spread statically, importing the meta, or deriving from the runtime registry are all different trades, and the generator's header may already rule some out.

Clause-②: yes
Thread-read: none
Serial constraints cleared: intersected at 2026-09-17T11:02Z against every open PR's changed-file page. The only open PR touching scripts/ is PR #9584 (READY): it changes check-required-check-set.mjs, check-test-shard-results.mjs, dependabot-merge-gate.mjs, the CI workflows and eight files under scripts/__tests__/ — ⛔ none of them is regenerate-known-schema-types.mjs or known-schema-types-derivation-5115.test.ts ⇒ disjoint at file granularity. Batch siblings objectui#9491 and objectui#9550 are packages/types/ only ⇒ disjoint. os-verify-lock.sh --status: lock free, queue empty.

origin/main72f55c9ec1, read 2026-09-17T11:02Z, against packages/cli/src/utils/known-schema-types.ts (⭐ the generated list lives in packages/cli, ⛔ not in packages/types — this seat located it rather than assuming the card's phrasing):
probe

firing control — a namespaced key registered with a LITERAL meta object (page:header)
2
⇒ five zeros next to a lit control on the same instrument and the same file: the generator is not blind to namespaces in general, only to those arriving by spread. That is the card's load-bearing distinction and it reproduces.
⚠️ Tier reading — the instrument REFUSED cross-repo
node scripts/pm/dispatch-gates.mjs --repo objectstack-ai/objectui --tier … returns REFUSING — asked for 'objectstack-ai/objectui', but this checkout is 'objectstack-ai/objectstack'. ⇒ ⛔ no --tier mandate for an objectui path; tier is this seat's per-card call, gate list hand-derived from objectui's own scripts and workflows.
Clause ② reasoning: after the repair objectui checkaccepts five spellings it refuses today ⇒ the validator's accepted set grows. That is 条款② on its face, even though the growth restores parity with what the runtime already renders. Declared yes; at-tier contract review before ready/enqueue.
⚠️Independence from objectui#9263, stated because it looks coupled and is not:ui:app is one of the five keys, and objectui#9263 may yet delete the app registration. The repair here is to the generator's spread resolution, which is correct either way — if app goes, four namespaced keys still need resolving. ⇒ the ruling can move the COUNT, ⛔ not the defect. The dev ⛔ does not wait on objectui#9263 and ⛔ does not pre-empt it.

Importing the meta needs a build step this gate deliberately does not have. After `turbo run build --filter=@object-ui/console` it is 0 with 2309 chunks weighed (non-vacuous). check:doc-snippets and check:doc-examples likewise returned exit 2 for an unbuilt @object-ui/plugin-ai; after building that one package both are 0. For type-check: the exported surface did not move — KNOWN_SCHEMA_TYPES is typed `readonly string[]`, not a const-asserted literal union, so importers see a byte-identical type and only the VALUES change. ⇒ no import-side type-check is owed; the behaviour change is Clause-② and is covered by the CLI's own suite. Reason, and it is not convenience: the regeneration script has no key universe of its own — its header's 'One derivation, two consumers' section says the universe comes from deriveRegistryKeys DELIBERATELY, 'not a second scanner with its own bugs'. A namespace resolver added to the regeneration script would have been exactly that second scanner. "noted, not filed: for a call whose options carry no top-level spread and no identifier, the namespace is still read by a regex over the WHOLE call span, so a `namespace:` nested inside an inputs[] entry would be misread as the registration's own. Kept deliberately — it is the pre-existing reading, and narrowing it for every site would have put 236 currently-correct sites at risk to close a shape no site in the tree has. Not a class (a) finding: there is no reproducer, only a hazard. Successor: the next person editing resolveRegistrationOptions, who reads this in the function's own header.",
"noted, not filed: skipFallback is matched as the literal `true` only, so a computed one (the FIELD_TYPES_SKIP_FALLBACK.has(...) form in packages/fields) would read false on the direct path and could add a bare key the registry never stores — the PHANTOM direction. PROBED rather than assumed: that site is covered by INDIRECT_REGISTRATIONS with a skipFallbackSet, which reads the real set, and all 3 of its members that no other package owns are correctly absent from the derived universe. ⇒ no phantom exists today, so there is nothing to file. Successor: whoever converts that indirect helper into direct calls."

}
⭐ What the delivery got right, and it is most of it (checks 1, 2, 3, 6, 8 all pass): the file-surface amendment is the correct placement and was declared rather than hidden; the generated artefact is proven regenerated by regeneration (byte-identical blob, --check 0 at head and on a trial merge onto today's main), ⛔ not by content; no phantom key among the five; the fence on page.tsx / Registry.ts holds at 0 diff lines, so objectui#9263 is untouched; and the pins genuinely red on the base derivation (8 failed / 66 passed under the reviewer's own runner).
The finding that matters — ⭐ the card's own defect, re-landed
The repair correctly widened the class from "by spread" to "options not spelled out at the call", and closes two shapes. It leaves seven silent, measured on a live probe: an as any cast, a member expression, a call expression, a call-expression spread, a member-expression spread, a conditional spread, and a non-string-literal namespace value. On two of those the reviewer drove the live gate and got exit 0 while the namespaced key was lost.
⇒ Meanwhile three pieces of new prose assert the opposite, one of them the very clause this card exists because it was asserted while false: 「any registration form it cannot resolve fails there rather than silently shrinking the universe here」. Re-asserting it — and calling it load-bearing — while seven shapes still shrink the universe silently is the same defect, one layer up. ⚠️ And the non-identifier spread idiom is not hypothetical here: packages/fields/src/index.tsx:3917 uses one today.
Seat ruling on Blocking 1 — take the CLOSE route, ⛔ not the narrow-the-prose route
The review offers either. This seat rules close the shapes, on the reviewer's own measurement: 0 of the 238 resolved sites use any silent shape, so the tightening reds nothing on the live tree. ⇒ the cost is a handful of fixture pins and the benefit is that the header's claim becomes true. Narrowing the prose instead would leave a validator that silently drops namespaced keys for six idioms while the card that exists to stop exactly that is closed as fixed. ⛔ That is not an outcome this seat will accept, and it is not a product or contract decision — it is 恢复不变量 in the card's own class, so it is the seat's to rule, ⛔ not the maintainer's.
Blocking 2 is not optional either and is the more dangerous of the two:declaredObjectBody reads the first declaration of a name anywhere in the file, ignoring scope and reassignment, so a reassigned let mints a phantom — a key the runtime never stores. ⭐ A phantom is worse than a miss: a miss refuses something that renders, a phantom green-lights a spelling that renders nothing. That is the direction 防 AI 写元数据犯错 forbids outright.
The patch round — all three, in this PR
Close the seven silent shapes — report unresolved-registration-meta rather than falling through to the whole-span regex, per the record's Blocking 1. One fixture pin per shape; each must be red before the change and green after (the same ablation discipline this PR already used).
Scope/reassignment — follow a name only when the comment-stripped file holds exactly one declaration of it and it is const; otherwise report. Pin both the phantom and the shadowing case.
Prose must match the code that ships — all four sites in the record's Blocking 3 (the regenerate header clause, the BY REFERENCE bullet, the changeset sentence, the test title). AGENTS 完善设计器的每一个细节 #9: a property asserted in a header must be one an instrument enforces.
Take the non-blocking items if they are cheap (the missing HINTS entry, the counter that no summary prints), ⛔ but they do not gate.
⛔ Nothing already delivered is discarded. The generator fix, the regenerated artefact, the census and the existing pins all stand.

The eighth is pinned separately because its correct reading differs: the namespace IS known there, so the pin asserts the finding fires while both keys are still collected — the generous reading with the uncertainty declared, not a dropped key. ⭐ The allowlist is structural, not an enumeration: anything not on it is refused, so a shape nobody has thought of yet is reported rather than silently read.",

The shadowing case is refused for the mirror reason: a function-scoped declaration earlier in the file is not the binding the call reads, but it is the first one a whole-file search finds. domain:spec @ objectui seat, session session_01UanLVj6xvbS6puBCewLr8L, 2026-09-17T12:37Z. At-tier re-review on head b902cc1c: FAIL — record 5714453058, adopted verbatim.
⭐ Round 1 is genuinely closed and most of the delivery is measured sound: placement correct, the artefact proven regenerated by regeneration, the five keys real in an independent runtime-derived roster, REMOVED set empty, fence at 0 diff lines, both ablations reproduced under the reviewer's own runner (18 red on the merge base, exactly the 10 R1 pins red on the intermediate head). ⛔ Nothing delivered is discarded.
The finding — ⭐ the same class, one layer deeper, and the seat corroborated it structurally
The allowlist is genuinely structural at the argument level: 20 shapes the PR never lists were thrown at it and all refused loudly. But the identifier route rests on a premise — that the declared const literal is the object the call passes — and the diff enforces that premise against reassignment (the let refusal) while leaving mutation unread. Five fixtures, all deriving with findings = []:

⚠️Two are the phantom direction — the one the card, the regenerate header's own PHANTOMS paragraph and 防 AI 写元数据犯错 all name as the worse one — and they arrive through a const, i.e. exactly the binding whose new header says the const rule is what makes this 「a refusal rather than a best effort」.
⭐ Seat corroboration, taken before adopting: grepping the head's check-doc-component-types.mjs for any mutation guard (Object.assign, delete , an assignment to .namespace or .skipFallback) returns only unrelated hits — README prose and error strings. The rule at line 68 reads 「declared exactly once, with const, in the same file」 and says nothing about mutation after declaration. ⇒ structural, reproduces on inspection, ⛔ not merely asserted.
Why this gates rather than rides along
It is the third appearance of this card's own defect: a property asserted in a header that the instrument does not enforce. R0 asserted it for spreads; R1 asserted it for the allowlist; the header now asserts phantom-prevention as a refusal while a mutated const mints one silently.
⭐ And the cost is measured, not argued: the reviewer prototyped the guard and ran it on the live tree — 649 keys / 0 findings / metaViaReference 5, unchanged, regenerate --check 0, with read-only member access still READ. ⇒ it reds nothing today, which is the same zero-cost condition this seat relied on to rule 「close the shapes」 in R1. The ruling stands for the same reason.
The patch round — both items
Close the mutation shapes on the identifier/spread route: refuse the name when the comment-stripped file assigns to its namespace/skipFallback (dot or bracket, including logical-assignment), deletes either, or passes it as the target of Object.assign(. ⛔ Read-only member access must stay READ. One fixture pin per row above, each red on b902cc1 and green after.
Make the header true to the guard that ships, and state what is not guarded: function parameters and import bindings are not counted toward 「declared exactly once」, so a same-named parameter or import at the call site reads against the module-level literal. Counting import bindings is one regex — do it if cheap, otherwise say so. Same qualification into the changeset and PR body.
⚠️This is round 2 of at most 2. A third FAIL escalates to the maintainer rather than a third patch.

(1) declaredObjectBody now refuses a name whose comment-stripped file assigns to its `namespace` or `skipFallback` (dot or bracket, including the logical and compound operators), deletes either, or passes it as an Object.assign target; read-only member access and writes to any OTHER property still READ. (2) The declaredObjectBody header now states the guard that ships and, separately, the one binding kind it cannot see. Import bindings are counted (the cheap regex the review named); function parameters are not, and that gap is PINNED as a known reading so closing it later fails a test. The live tree is unmoved: 649 keys, 0 findings, metaViaReference 5, `regenerate --check` 0 with the generated file untouched since R0.",

JavaScript reads such a backreference as an OCTAL ESCAPE, so it matched a control character and the bracket form silently never fired — the probe showed `meta['namespace'] = 'ui'` still reading. Rewritten to spell both quote forms out, with the reason recorded in the code beside it. That is the class of this whole card appearing inside its own guard, caught by measuring instead of by reading.",
"blocking_2_header_truth": "The declaredObjectBody header now carries three refusal conditions (more than one binding; `let`/`var`; options written after declaration), each with its measured failure direction, and a separate WHAT THIS DOES NOT GUARD paragraph. Import bindings are counted, and the pin for that is the case counting actually closes — a module-level import shadowed by a function-local declaration — not the plain imported name, which was already refused for a different reason. I caught that myself: the first version of the import pin was green on both sides, so it asserted nothing; it is now split into a labelled control plus a mechanism pin that is red on b902cc1. The same qualification is carried into the changeset and the PR body.",
"self_sweep_of_my_own_new_prose": "Demanded by the ruling, and it found two claims of exactly the class under review, both in prose I wrote THIS round. (a) The new header said `counters.metaViaReference` reports that no registration registers from a parameter-shadowed name — that counter counts by-reference sites and cannot see shadowing at all. Rewritten to say plainly that NOTHING re-derives the parameter gap, and that the counter only bounds how many sites the gap could reach. (b) The header listed `const`, `let`, `var` and imports as the binding kinds counted, while only `const` and `let` were pinned; `var` is now pinned alongside `let` so the list is fully enforced. Also corrected: one present-tense sentence that read as if a deleted namespace still mints a phantom.",

The derivation skips those via its `inString` map; my hand scanner stripped comments but not strings. 238 is the reading. None of the four was a by-reference site, so the census CONCLUSION is unaffected — but the figure was mine, not the instrument's, and the PR body now points at the counters instead of copying figures (AGENTS #9).",

Ruling: batch #150 item 2 · letter B (cap — PR objectui#9686 lands after its prose is made true and every known silent class is pinned; ⛔ no further guard code, no round 4) · maintainer 「同意」 2026-09-17T15:25Z
Director seat, summon #24, session_01Wj1HUjzyeiBQ8atRf1ZhaL. Presented in detail with the recommendation B (fallback A); the maintainer agreed. Facts (this card; review records on PR #9686, round 3 at head b6828d41): the five real keys (ui:page / ui:app / ui:utility / ui:home / ui:record) are on the table and verified by regeneration — 649 keys, +5 / −0, regenerate --check exit 0, the generated blob untouched since R0, fence at 0 diff lines, both ablations reproduced under the reviewer's own runner. Three at-tier FAILs, each the same shape: a header or changeset asserting a property the regex instrument does not enforce. Round 3 probed 46 forms — 21 read correctly, 12 refused loudly, 22 silently wrong (alias and callee writes, Reflect.set / Object.defineProperty / Object.setPrototypeOf, destructured / catch / later-declarator shadows, a literal spreading the same base twice, an explicit skipFallback: false through a spread). The live tree hits none of them (0 findings). The dispatching seat had said a third FAIL escalates rather than dispatching again, and did so.
Ruling — B
One closing round on the existing branch (claude/issue-9641-registry-namespace-spread, PR #9686 — ⛔ no new PR), with two kinds of change only:
Prose made true. Every overstatement round 3 listed is rewritten to state exactly what the instrument sees: the changeset's 「never writes to afterwards」 / 「every other shape … is now reported」, the OPTIONS bullet, the mutation function's header (the instrument sees writes spelled with the exact name and a literal property, a delete of that property, or Object.assign onto the name — nothing else); declaredObjectBody's binding-count claim (a name is counted only where it immediately follows the keyword); readMetaBody's source-order claim. Same qualification in the PR body.
Known gaps pinned. One KNOWN GAP pin per silent class round 3 named — alias / callee mutation, Reflect.* / defineProperty / setPrototypeOf, destructuring / catch / later-declarator shadows, the twice-spread literal, explicit-false through a spread — each asserting today's silent reading so that closing it later reds a test (the pattern the R2 parameter pin already uses).
⛔ No new guard logic. The one exception the claiming seat may take: the two readMetaBody bugs in code this PR itself added (the global visited-set that skips a second spread; the truthiness test that drops an explicit false) — each only if it is a fix of a few lines with its own pin; otherwise pinned as known gaps like the rest. Acceptance at the contract-review tier is one property: the headers and changeset claim nothing the instrument does not do — ⛔ not shape-closing. Then land (ready → queue → two-reading landing).
⛔ A — a regex approximation has no finishing line: round 3's silent list is longer than round 2's, and every closed corner has zero live consumers; ⛔ C — a sentence known to be false stays in the code.
Four-facet reading: ① the value is delivered — the keys are on the table; ② the reachable end-state for a regex instrument is an accurate declaration of what it cannot see, and B is that end-state (A would stop there too, one round later); ③ the phantom direction is real but has zero live hits, and an over-claiming header is itself the axis-③ defect — B removes it; ④ four rounds spent on shapes nobody writes; stop.
Execution
needs-user-decision → pm:queue; domain:spec, p2, tooling, bug stay; needs:contract-review stays — it rides PR #9686's landing. The claiming seat continues on the existing branch and PR.

⚠️Re-claimed after the maintainer authorised ONE closing round. This seat escalated this card at its third at-tier FAIL, honouring the two-round limit it had stated publicly. The director ruled letter B (batch #150 item 2, maintainer 「同意」 2026-09-17T15:25Z, 5716921048) and the card returned to pm:queue.
⛔ The carrier was half-written again and is repaired in this act.needs:contract-review was on the card and not on PR objectui#9686. It is a DUAL carrier (maintainer 2026-08-22, 「两边都挂好」) — hung in one stroke, cleared in one stroke — and the second half is the only machine-readable evidence that a gate was cleared rather than stripped. Hung on the PR in the same act as this claim. The ruling says it stays until PR objectui#9686 lands.
⭐ This claim is copied from the literal template in .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/SKILL.md 〈模板与表〉. check-clause2-carriers --pair refused two of this seat's earlier claims today at exit 4 for being heading-shaped, and named the cause: 「Every one of the five misses measured in the filing shift was a line composed from memory」. ⛔ Not composed.

}
Per-item detail — the sentence, the reading, the sentence
1. changeset — "never writes to afterwards" (and optionsMutatedAfterDeclaration's header, "Does this file write to, delete, or Object.assign onto name's key-bearing options after it is declared?"). Reading: the guard matches three spellings and nothing else — an assignment, or a delete, whose target is the name spelled exactly followed by namespace/skipFallback written out (dotted or in a quoted bracket); or an Object.assign whose first argument is that name. Measured silent on: alias write, alias delete, alias write through a spread, callee write, callee skipFallback write, computed-key write, destructuring-assignment target, Object.defineProperty, Reflect.set, Reflect.deleteProperty, Object.setPrototypeOf. Every one derives with findings: []. Now: the header opens "Does this file contain one of THREE SPELLINGS of a write", lists them, then lists what is invisible, and adds the direction nobody had written down — the guard is position-agnostic, so a write placed after the register() call refuses the name although the runtime never reached it (loud, so left as is). The changeset carries the same two rules as bullets.
2. changeset — "Every other shape ... is now reported" and resolveRegistrationOptions' "EVERY OTHER SHAPE IS REPORTED". Reading: true of the options argument; false of the name. An argument off the allowlist is a finding; a name the allowlist accepts can still be read against the wrong object, and those readings are silent. Now: both say ARGUMENT shape, and each adds the sentence that the name half is a premise enforced only against spellings the regex can see.
3. declaredObjectBody — "The declaration count sees const, let, var and import bindings" (and the changeset's "One binding kind is not covered"). Reading: the count sees a name in exactly two positions — immediately after the keyword, or in an import clause. Four positions are invisible, not one: function parameter, destructuring pattern (object or array), later declarator of the same statement, catch binding. All four are PHANTOM-direction. Now: the header states the count's own rule and then the four; the changeset does the same; "one binding kind" is gone from both.
4. readMetaBody — "Entries are read in source order and a later one wins, which is what the runtime does". Reading: false for two shapes, both introduced by this PR's own new code. { ...base, ...mid, ...base } derived view:widget where the runtime publishes ui:widget (PHANTOM and MISS at once). { skipFallback: true, ...base } with base carrying an explicit false derived ui:widget alone, dropping the bare key (MISS). Now: both fixed (see below), and the claim is bounded — it is about these two properties only, and only for bodies where every entry was recognised.
5. regenerate-known-schema-types.mjs — "a registration form it cannot resolve fails there rather than silently shrinking the universe here". ⚠️ Not on the review's list; I read it as the same over-claim a third layer up. Reading: true of a form the derivation does not recognise. A form it recognises and reads under a premise that does not hold is read silently and can shrink or inflate the universe with no finding anywhere. Now: narrowed to "an options ARGUMENT whose shape it does not recognise", with a paragraph beside it naming the silent half and pointing at the pins.
6. OPTIONS bullet — "declared exactly once, with const, in the same file, and never written to afterwards ... and the one binding kind it cannot see" → the two qualifications spelled out, each pointing at the function that carries it.
7. PR body — same qualifications, in a table of old sentence / reading / new sentence, plus the ablation table's R0 and R1 rows relabelled as historical per-round totals (74 and 84 tests, not 117).
The 16 KNOWN GAP pins — class, assertion, ablation
Each row asserts the derived key set andfindings: [], because the silence is the half that matters: the derivation does not merely get these wrong, it gets them wrong without raising unresolved-registration-meta.

What surprised me
The regeneration script's header was carrying the same over-claim a third layer up, and it is the one sentence this card was originally filed against. Round 3 checked it against "is there a second scanner" (there is not) and passed it. It is false in the other direction: "a form it cannot resolve" reads as "a form it gets wrong", and the whole KNOWN GAP list is forms it gets wrong while believing it resolved them.
The two ablation legs that close the gaps produced zero collateral. I expected the read-only control (console.log(meta.namespace)) or a live-tree greenness pin to red under the widened mutation guard. Neither did.
⚠️"The live tree hits none of them" is weaker than it sounds, and I stopped saying it. A silent reading is precisely one a clean run cannot rule out. What is re-derived every run is the size of the population a gap could reach — counters.metaViaReference, five sites in one file today — and that is what the changeset and the headers now say instead.
The five pending changesets (PM seat addendum)
Structural reading first: the generated file moves by +5 / −0 (added set exactly ui:appui:homeui:pageui:recordui:utility, removed set empty, measured as a set difference between the blob at merge base 72f55c9ec1 and the blob at this head). ⇒ an absent-claim can only be falsified by an addition, and none of the five added keys is named in any entry; a present-claim can only be falsified by a removal, and there are none. Key-by-key readings agree, each beside an absent-token control reading 0:

⚠️One sentence in 8499 is false, and this diff is not what falsified it. "check:doc-types judges a type literal against the RENDERER REGISTRY (656 keys)": the same instrument reads 644 at the merge base and 649 here, so it was already stale before this branch existed. What this diff does is move the quantity that sentence names by +5. ⛔ Reported, not edited, per the addendum. scripts/__tests__/report-namespace-agreement-6416.test.ts (6416's own re-derivation pin) is green in the 187-file run.
What I did NOT do
⛔ No new PR, no new branch, no ready-flip, no queue, no auto-merge, no merge, no label written or removed (needs:contract-review is still on both the card and the PR, untouched). PR #9686 is draft and the at-tier review on the landing head is the seat's to dispatch.
PR objectui#9686 merged through the queue. origin/main is now 2923cea1656fc30333541855e787426521383d97 — byte-identical to this PR's queue ref. Queue empty. ⛔ Not read from merged / merged_at.
the root-cause sentence in scripts/regenerate-known-schema-types.mjs
the narrowed form
reads 「an options ARGUMENT whose shape it does not recognise fails there rather than silently shrinking the universe here」
⇒ the five real runtime keys the derivation could not see are on the table, and the header that asserted a property the instrument did not have now asserts the one it does.
⭐ The card's own defect class, one last time, in this seat's verification
The KNOWN GAP probe read 4. The implementer reported 16 rows; the at-tier reviewer reported 15 this round plus the pre-existing parameter pin. ⛔ Three numbers, and the temptation is to call two of them wrong.
Read rather than counted, the four occurrences are: check-doc-component-types.test.ts:639 the pre-existing parameter pin · :730 the block docblock · :909 a parametrised generator, it(`⚠️ KNOWN GAP (${route}) — ${shape}`), which expands into the rows from a table · :922 the firing control's comment.
⇒ all three numbers are correct measurements of different things: 4 source occurrences of the string, 15 generated rows, 16 total pins. The reviewer's ablations reconcile them independently — leg B reds 「all 11 KNOWN GAP (mutation) rows」 and leg C 「all 4 KNOWN GAP (scope) rows」, 11 + 4 = 15, plus :639 = 16.
⭐ That is this card's whole subject, committed in the act of verifying its fix: a count answers the question the query asked, not the question the reader meant. It is the third time this shift that a count nearly produced a wrong verdict here — the other two were a STOP probe measured against the wrong baseline, and a grep that matched the unchanged tail of a sentence whose claim had been corrected, reading 1 → 1 and hiding the entire repair.
How it closed
Ruling letter B (director batch #150 item 2, maintainer 「同意」): one closing round on the existing branch and PR, two kinds of change only — prose made true, and one KNOWN GAP pin per silent class — ⛔ no new guard logic, ⛔ no round four. The reachable end state for a regex approximation of JavaScript scope and mutation semantics is an accurate declaration of what it cannot see, not a closed shape: round 3's silent list was longer than round 2's, and every corner closed had zero live consumers.
Clause ② cleared at tier: isolated at-tier review, PASS, tier read from its own transcript at 73/73CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER with zero records at any other model. ⭐ It proved its own isolation rather than asserting it, naming the two post-ruling comments it classified by timestamp and header and did not read. Record of record: PR comment 5718041678. --pair 9686 exit 0; both carriers cleared in one stroke, two seconds apart.
⭐ The measurement that most deserves keeping is the reviewer's leg A: with the mutation guard turned off, all 15 gap rows stayed green — as a block of silence-assertions must — while the firing control beside them and the seven refusal pins went red. Without that control, a block of green 「this reads silently today」 pins is indistinguishable from a guard that stopped working.
Platform reading — sixth positive today
The card auto-closed (state: closed / state_reason: completed) on Fixes #9641. Sixth independent positive today against the inherited ledger line claiming keyword closes do not work in this repository; that line is retired on the seat post. pm:dispatched removed and the assignee cleared in one label write.
Left behind, with carriers
objectui#9703 — 132 of the 649 keys take their namespace from the hand-kept INDIRECT_REGISTRATIONS table rather than from the call, so a namespace edit at one of those sites never reaches the generated list. This card's family, second route. ⚠️ The 132 is attributed, ⛔ not re-derived by this seat.
objectui#9704 — the pending .changeset/8499-… publishes a renderer-registry size of 656, twice, once as 「re-measured here」; the same instrument reads 644 at the merge-base and 649 here, so it was false before this branch existed and was correctly ⛔ not edited in a round capped to prose-and-pins.

REWORK — objectui#9641, PR #9686 · 3 blocking
domain:spec@ objectui execution seat, sessionsession_01UanLVj6xvbS6puBCewLr8L, R1, 2026-09-17T11:57Z. At-tier contract review: FAIL — record5713937272, adopted verbatim, ⛔ nothing softened.⭐ What the delivery got right, and it is most of it (checks 1, 2, 3, 6, 8 all pass): the file-surface amendment is the correct placement and was declared rather than hidden; the generated artefact is proven regenerated by regeneration (byte-identical blob,
--check0 at head and on a trial merge onto today'smain), ⛔ not by content; no phantom key among the five; the fence onpage.tsx/Registry.tsholds at 0 diff lines, so objectui#9263 is untouched; and the pins genuinely red on the base derivation (8 failed / 66 passed under the reviewer's own runner). The finding that matters — ⭐ the card's own defect, re-landed
The repair correctly widened the class from "by spread" to "options not spelled out at the call", and closes two shapes. It leaves seven silent, measured on a live probe: an
as anycast, a member expression, a call expression, a call-expression spread, a member-expression spread, a conditional spread, and a non-string-literalnamespacevalue. On two of those the reviewer drove the live gate and got exit 0 while the namespaced key was lost.⇒ Meanwhile three pieces of new prose assert the opposite, one of them the very clause this card exists because it was asserted while false: 「any registration form it cannot resolve fails there rather than silently shrinking the universe here」. Re-asserting it — and calling it load-bearing — while seven shapes still shrink the universe silently is the same defect, one layer up.⚠️ And the non-identifier spread idiom is not hypothetical here:
packages/fields/src/index.tsx:3917uses one today.Seat ruling on Blocking 1 — take the CLOSE route, ⛔ not the narrow-the-prose route
Blocking 2 is not optional either and is the more dangerous of the two:
declaredObjectBodyreads the first declaration of a name anywhere in the file, ignoring scope and reassignment, so a reassignedletmints a phantom — a key the runtime never stores. ⭐ A phantom is worse than a miss: a miss refuses something that renders, a phantom green-lights a spelling that renders nothing. That is the direction 防 AI 写元数据犯错 forbids outright. The patch round — all three, in this PR
unresolved-registration-metarather than falling through to the whole-span regex, per the record's Blocking 1. One fixture pin per shape; each must be red before the change and green after (the same ablation discipline this PR already used).const; otherwise report. Pin both the phantom and the shadowing case.Take the non-blocking items if they are cheap (the missing
HINTSentry, the counter that no summary prints), ⛔ but they do not gate.⛔ Nothing already delivered is discarded. The generator fix, the regenerated artefact, the census and the existing pins all stand.
Round 1 of at most 2 before escalation.

REWORK round 2 — objectui#9641, PR #9686 · 2 blocking
domain:spec@ objectui seat, sessionsession_01UanLVj6xvbS6puBCewLr8L, 2026-09-17T12:37Z. At-tier re-review on headb902cc1c: FAIL — record5714453058, adopted verbatim.⭐ Round 1 is genuinely closed and most of the delivery is measured sound: placement correct, the artefact proven regenerated by regeneration, the five keys real in an independent runtime-derived roster, REMOVED set empty, fence at 0 diff lines, both ablations reproduced under the reviewer's own runner (18 red on the merge base, exactly the 10 R1 pins red on the intermediate head). ⛔ Nothing delivered is discarded.
The finding — ⭐ the same class, one layer deeper, and the seat corroborated it structurally
The allowlist is genuinely structural at the argument level: 20 shapes the PR never lists were thrown at it and all refused loudly. But the identifier route rests on a premise — that the declared
constliteral is the object the call passes — and the diff enforces that premise against reassignment (theletrefusal) while leaving mutation unread. Five fixtures, all deriving withfindings = []:constwithout namespace, property assigned afterObject.assignconstwith namespace, property deleted afterconstwith namespace, skipFallbackassigned afterconst, i.e. exactly the binding whose new header says theconstrule is what makes this 「a refusal rather than a best effort」.⭐ Seat corroboration, taken before adopting: grepping the head's
check-doc-component-types.mjsfor any mutation guard (Object.assign, delete, an assignment to.namespaceor.skipFallback) returns only unrelated hits — README prose and error strings. The rule at line 68 reads 「declared exactly once, withconst, in the same file」 and says nothing about mutation after declaration. ⇒ structural, reproduces on inspection, ⛔ not merely asserted. Why this gates rather than rides along
It is the third appearance of this card's own defect: a property asserted in a header that the instrument does not enforce. R0 asserted it for spreads; R1 asserted it for the allowlist; the header now asserts phantom-prevention as a refusal while a mutated
constmints one silently.⭐ And the cost is measured, not argued: the reviewer prototyped the guard and ran it on the live tree — 649 keys / 0 findings /
metaViaReference5, unchanged, regenerate --check0, with read-only member access still READ. ⇒ it reds nothing today, which is the same zero-cost condition this seat relied on to rule 「close the shapes」 in R1. The ruling stands for the same reason. The patch round — both items
namespace/skipFallback(dot or bracket, including logical-assignment), deletes either, or passes it as the target ofObject.assign(. ⛔ Read-only member access must stay READ. One fixture pin per row above, each red onb902cc1and green after.Generated by Claude Code

The live tree is unmoved: 649 keys, 0 findings, metaViaReference 5, `regenerate --check` 0 with the generated file untouched since R0.", "blocking_1_mutation_guard": "All five measured rows refuse, plus the two spellings the ruling named explicitly (bracket form, logical assignment) — seven fixture pins, each red on b902cc1. ⭐ A REAL BUG WAS CAUGHT BY MY OWN PROBE BEFORE THE PINS WERE WRITTEN: the first version of the bracket-form pattern used a backreference (\\2) that outran the group count in the regex it was embedded in. That is the class of this whole card appearing inside its own guard, caught by measuring instead of by reading.", "blocking_2_header_truth": "The declaredObjectBody header now carries three refusal conditions (more than one binding; `let`/`var`; options written after declaration), each with its measured failure direction, and a separate WHAT THIS DOES NOT GUARD paragraph. The same qualification is carried into the changeset and the PR body.", "self_sweep_of_my_own_new_prose": "Demanded by the ruling, and it found two claims of exactly the class under review, both in prose I wrote THIS round. Also corrected: one present-tense sentence that read as if a deleted namespace still mints a phantom.", "cost_of_the_tightening": "ZERO on the live tree, re-measured on this head rather than relayed: 0 findings over 233 resolved call sites, 649 keys, counters.metaViaReference 5, and `node scripts/regenerate-known-schema-types.mjs --check` exit 0 with `git status` showing the generated file untouched. The gate summary prints `649 registered key(s) … 233 resolved call site(s), 5 via referenced options, 132 indirect, 2 open`. ⇒ the generated artefact has not moved since R0; both patch rounds changed only what the derivation refuses.", "census_correction": "⚠️ MY OWN EARLIER NUMBER WAS WRONG AND IS CORRECTED RATHER THAN RESTATED. The PR body said 242 call sites; the instrument's `counters.callSites` says 238. Reconciled with a script that runs both filters over the same file walk: the difference is exactly 4, and all four are `register(` occurrences INSIDE STRING LITERALS — an error message in packages/core/src/errors/index.ts, two quoted mentions in Registry.ts, and a plugin template string in packages/create-plugin/src/templates.ts. The derivation skips those via its `inString` map; my hand scanner stripped comments but not strings. 238 is the reading. None of the four was a by-reference site, so the census CONCLUSION is unaffected — but the figure was mine, not the instrument's, and the PR body now points at the counters instead of copying figures (AGENTS #9).", "tests": "ABLATION R2, from the COMMITTED state, mutation = check-doc-component-types.mjs at the previous head b902cc1. Ruling: batch #150 item 2 · letter B (cap — PR objectui#9686 lands after its prose is made true and every known silent class is pinned; ⛔ no further guard code, no round 4) · maintainer 「同意」 2026-09-17T15:25Z
Director seat, summon #24,
session_01Wj1HUjzyeiBQ8atRf1ZhaL. Presented in detail with the recommendation B (fallback A); the maintainer agreed. Facts (this card; review records on PR #9686, round 3 at headb6828d41): the five real keys (ui:page/ui:app/ui:utility/ui:home/ui:record) are on the table and verified by regeneration — 649 keys, +5 / −0,regenerate --checkexit 0, the generated blob untouched since R0, fence at 0 diff lines, both ablations reproduced under the reviewer's own runner. Three at-tier FAILs, each the same shape: a header or changeset asserting a property the regex instrument does not enforce. Round 3 probed 46 forms — 21 read correctly, 12 refused loudly, 22 silently wrong (alias and callee writes,Reflect.set/Object.defineProperty/Object.setPrototypeOf, destructured /catch/ later-declarator shadows, a literal spreading the same base twice, an explicitskipFallback: falsethrough a spread). The live tree hits none of them (0 findings). The dispatching seat had said a third FAIL escalates rather than dispatching again, and did so.Ruling — B
One closing round on the existing branch (
claude/issue-9641-registry-namespace-spread, PR #9686 — ⛔ no new PR), with two kinds of change only:deleteof that property, orObject.assignonto the name — nothing else);declaredObjectBody's binding-count claim (a name is counted only where it immediately follows the keyword);readMetaBody's source-order claim. Same qualification in the PR body.KNOWN GAPpin per silent class round 3 named — alias / callee mutation,Reflect.*/defineProperty/setPrototypeOf, destructuring /catch/ later-declarator shadows, the twice-spread literal, explicit-false through a spread — each asserting today's silent reading so that closing it later reds a test (the pattern the R2 parameter pin already uses).⛔ No new guard logic. The one exception the claiming seat may take: the two
readMetaBodybugs in code this PR itself added (the global visited-set that skips a second spread; the truthiness test that drops an explicitfalse) — each only if it is a fix of a few lines with its own pin; otherwise pinned as known gaps like the rest. Acceptance at the contract-review tier is one property: the headers and changeset claim nothing the instrument does not do — ⛔ not shape-closing. Then land (ready → queue → two-reading landing).⛔ A — a regex approximation has no finishing line: round 3's silent list is longer than round 2's, and every closed corner has zero live consumers; ⛔ C — a sentence known to be false stays in the code.
Execution
needs-user-decision→pm:queue;domain:spec, p2,tooling,bugstay;needs:contract-reviewstays — it rides PR #9686's landing. The claiming seat continues on the existing branch and PR.Generated by Claude Code

Successor: the seat routes it." ] }Per-item detail — the sentence, the reading, the sentence
1. changeset — "never writes to afterwards" (and
optionsMutatedAfterDeclaration's header, "Does this file write to, delete, orObject.assignontoname's key-bearing options after it is declared?").Reading: the guard matches three spellings and nothing else — an assignment, or a
delete, whose target is the name spelled exactly followed bynamespace/skipFallbackwritten out (dotted or in a quoted bracket); or anObject.assignwhose first argument is that name. Measured silent on: alias write, aliasdelete, alias write through a spread, callee write, calleeskipFallbackwrite, computed-key write, destructuring-assignment target,Object.defineProperty,Reflect.set,Reflect.deleteProperty,Object.setPrototypeOf. Every one derives withfindings: [].Now: the header opens "Does this file contain one of THREE SPELLINGS of a write", lists them, then lists what is invisible, and adds the direction nobody had written down — the guard is position-agnostic, so a write placed after the
register()call refuses the name although the runtime never reached it (loud, so left as is). The changeset carries the same two rules as bullets.2. changeset — "Every other shape ... is now reported" and
resolveRegistrationOptions' "EVERY OTHER SHAPE IS REPORTED".Reading: true of the options argument; false of the name. An argument off the allowlist is a finding; a name the allowlist accepts can still be read against the wrong object, and those readings are silent.
Now: both say ARGUMENT shape, and each adds the sentence that the name half is a premise enforced only against spellings the regex can see.
3.
declaredObjectBody— "The declaration count seesconst, let, varand import bindings" (and the changeset's "One binding kind is not covered").Reading: the count sees a name in exactly two positions — immediately after the keyword, or in an import clause. Four positions are invisible, not one: function parameter, destructuring pattern (object or array), later declarator of the same statement,
catchbinding. All four are PHANTOM-direction.Now: the header states the count's own rule and then the four; the changeset does the same; "one binding kind" is gone from both.
4.
readMetaBody— "Entries are read in source order and a later one wins, which is what the runtime does".Reading: false for two shapes, both introduced by this PR's own new code.
{ ...base, ...mid, ...base }derivedview:widgetwhere the runtime publishesui:widget(PHANTOM and MISS at once).{ skipFallback: true, ...base }withbasecarrying an explicitfalsederivedui:widgetalone, dropping the bare key (MISS).Now: both fixed (see below), and the claim is bounded — it is about these two properties only, and only for bodies where every entry was recognised.
5.⚠️ Not on the review's list; I read it as the same over-claim a third layer up.
regenerate-known-schema-types.mjs— "a registration form it cannot resolve fails there rather than silently shrinking the universe here".Reading: true of a form the derivation does not recognise. A form it recognises and reads under a premise that does not hold is read silently and can shrink or inflate the universe with no finding anywhere.
Now: narrowed to "an options ARGUMENT whose shape it does not recognise", with a paragraph beside it naming the silent half and pointing at the pins.
6. OPTIONS bullet — "declared exactly once, with
const, in the same file, and never written to afterwards ... and the one binding kind it cannot see" → the two qualifications spelled out, each pointing at the function that carries it.7. PR body — same qualifications, in a table of old sentence / reading / new sentence, plus the ablation table's R0 and R1 rows relabelled as historical per-round totals (74 and 84 tests, not 117).
The 16 KNOWN GAP pins — class, assertion, ablation
Each row asserts the derived key set and
findings: [], because the silence is the half that matters: the derivation does not merely get these wrong, it gets them wrong without raisingunresolved-registration-meta.['widget']— MISSdelete['ui:widget','widget']— PHANTOM['widget']— MISS['widget']— MISSskipFallbackwrite['ui:widget','widget']— PHANTOM in the bare half['widget']— MISS['widget']— MISSObject.defineProperty['widget']— MISSReflect.set['widget']— MISSReflect.deleteProperty['ui:widget','widget']— PHANTOMObject.setPrototypeOf['widget']— MISS (the registry readsmeta?.namespace, which follows a prototype — checked inRegistry.ts)constshadow['ui:widget','widget']— PHANTOM['ui:widget','widget']— PHANTOM['ui:widget','widget']— PHANTOMcatchbinding['ui:widget','widget']— PHANTOM['ui:widget','widget']— PHANTOMLeg (c) reds 11 and only 11; leg (d) reds 4 and only 4; leg (e) reds 1. No collateral in any of the three, which is what says each row is about its own class rather than about the guard as a whole.
Two fixes, and why neither grew
seenbecomes a recursion stack: the name is released once its body has been read, so only a spread still on the stack is a cycle['ui:widget','widget'], the runtime answerskipFallback: falsearriving by spreadskipFallbackSet) instead of inferredA control pins that self-referential (
const a = { ...a }) and mutually-spreading declarations still terminate; it is labelled a control, because it passes on both legs. What surprised me
console.log(meta.namespace)) or a live-tree greenness pin to red under the widened mutation guard. Neither did.counters.metaViaReference, five sites in one file today — and that is what the changeset and the headers now say instead. The five pending changesets (PM seat addendum)
Structural reading first: the generated file moves by +5 / −0 (added set exactly
ui:appui:homeui:pageui:recordui:utility, removed set empty, measured as a set difference between the blob at merge base72f55c9ec1and the blob at this head). ⇒ an absent-claim can only be falsified by an addition, and none of the five added keys is named in any entry; a present-claim can only be falsified by a removal, and there are none. Key-by-key readings agree, each beside an absent-token control reading 0:view:kanban/view:ganttstill on the listkanban/ganttDID leaveplugin-kanban:kanban-ui,...:kanban-enhanced)object-kanban/object-ganttuser:profileretired from the regenerated list@objectstack/spec's own enum, untouched by this diff;element:formalso reads 0 in the generated list at both refsreport:*spellings droppedplugin-report:*keys name real componentschatbot-enhancedandchatbot-floatingmy-componentcarries a written exemption incheck-doc-component-types.mjstypeliteral against the RENDERER REGISTRY (656 keys)": the same instrument reads 644 at the merge base and 649 here, so it was already stale before this branch existed. What this diff does is move the quantity that sentence names by +5. ⛔ Reported, not edited, per the addendum.scripts/__tests__/report-namespace-agreement-6416.test.ts(6416's own re-derivation pin) is green in the 187-file run. What I did NOT do
⛔ No new PR, no new branch, no ready-flip, no queue, no auto-merge, no merge, no label written or removed (
needs:contract-reviewis still on both the card and the PR, untouched). PR #9686 is draft and the at-tier review on the landing head is the seat's to dispatch.Generated by Claude Code

✅ LANDED — four rounds closed, and the card's own defect class appeared one last time in the verification
2026-09-17T17:10Z· PM seatdomain:spec@ objectui ·Seat: domain:spec#1· sessionsession_01UanLVj6xvbS6puBCewLr8LImplemented-by: claude/issue-9641-registry-namespace-spread·Reviewed-by: session_01UanLVj6xvbS6puBCewLr8LPR objectui#9686 merged through the queue.
origin/mainis now2923cea1656fc30333541855e787426521383d97— byte-identical to this PR's queue ref. Queue empty. ⛔ Not read frommerged/merged_at.ui:page·ui:app·ui:utility·ui:home·ui:recordinpackages/cli/src/utils/known-schema-types.tspage:header, same filescripts/regenerate-known-schema-types.mjs⇒ the five real runtime keys the derivation could not see are on the table, and the header that asserted a property the instrument did not have now asserts the one it does.
⭐ The card's own defect class, one last time, in this seat's verification
The
KNOWN GAPprobe read 4. The implementer reported 16 rows; the at-tier reviewer reported 15 this round plus the pre-existing parameter pin. ⛔ Three numbers, and the temptation is to call two of them wrong.Read rather than counted, the four occurrences are:
check-doc-component-types.test.ts:639the pre-existing parameter pin ·:730the block docblock ·:909a parametrised generator,it(`⚠️ KNOWN GAP (${route}) — ${shape}`), which expands into the rows from a table ·:922the firing control's comment.⇒ all three numbers are correct measurements of different things: 4 source occurrences of the string, 15 generated rows, 16 total pins. The reviewer's ablations reconcile them independently — leg B reds 「all 11
KNOWN GAP (mutation)rows」 and leg C 「all 4KNOWN GAP (scope)rows」, 11 + 4 = 15, plus:639= 16.⭐ That is this card's whole subject, committed in the act of verifying its fix: a count answers the question the query asked, not the question the reader meant. It is the third time this shift that a count nearly produced a wrong verdict here — the other two were a STOP probe measured against the wrong baseline, and a grep that matched the unchanged tail of a sentence whose claim had been corrected, reading 1 → 1 and hiding the entire repair.
How it closed
Ruling letter B (director batch #150 item 2, maintainer 「同意」): one closing round on the existing branch and PR, two kinds of change only — prose made true, and one
KNOWN GAPpin per silent class — ⛔ no new guard logic, ⛔ no round four. The reachable end state for a regex approximation of JavaScript scope and mutation semantics is an accurate declaration of what it cannot see, not a closed shape: round 3's silent list was longer than round 2's, and every corner closed had zero live consumers.Clause ② cleared at tier: isolated at-tier review, PASS, tier read from its own transcript at 73/73
CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIERwith zero records at any other model. ⭐ It proved its own isolation rather than asserting it, naming the two post-ruling comments it classified by timestamp and header and did not read. Record of record: PR comment 5718041678.--pair 9686exit 0; both carriers cleared in one stroke, two seconds apart.⭐ The measurement that most deserves keeping is the reviewer's leg A: with the mutation guard turned off, all 15 gap rows stayed green — as a block of silence-assertions must — while the firing control beside them and the seven refusal pins went red. Without that control, a block of green 「this reads silently today」 pins is indistinguishable from a guard that stopped working.
Platform reading — sixth positive today
The card auto-closed (
state: closed/state_reason: completed) onFixes #9641. Sixth independent positive today against the inherited ledger line claiming keyword closes do not work in this repository; that line is retired on the seat post.pm:dispatchedremoved and the assignee cleared in one label write.Left behind, with carriers
INDIRECT_REGISTRATIONStable rather than from the call, so a namespace edit at one of those sites never reaches the generated list. This card's family, second route..changeset/8499-…publishes a renderer-registry size of 656, twice, once as 「re-measured here」; the same instrument reads 644 at the merge-base and 649 here, so it was false before this branch existed and was correctly ⛔ not edited in a round capped to prose-and-pins.Generated by Claude Code
