What issue are you seeing?

I burned 18% of my weekly Codex limit in one day, which would be impossible if the 2× limits were still active. Normally I burn around 18% per day.

    Double rate limits are in effect for all plus and pro users through March.

    @etraut-openai looks like there's a bug though, many more reports and I'm seeing this all of a sudden too since yesterday #13568
