Add Fast Mode Status #14159

What variant of Codex are you using?

What feature would you like to see?
Add a way to see if fast mode is enabled in the statusline or elsewhere while Codex is working. It shows at the start of new conversations and you can infer from when you run /fast if it it was active or inactive, but /fast can't be run while codex is working.
