Previously open files that have already been closed are passed on as IDE context in new chats.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- open a folder
- open any file from another folder
- close the file
- start a new chat asking for the IDE context

Please fix this. It makes the "include IDE context" feature dangerous, even though it is a critical feature for productivity. Not only does it include stale tabs you have closed as still being open, it even includes tabs to files that have since been deleted. I definitely confirmed this confused the agent more than once. I like the feature because it's way easier to open and close all the relevant/irrelevant files before submitting a prompt than to add the relevant ones one by one. But if it's going to see and interpret stale content from files that no longer exist, it's not worth it.
