Just got:

without any option to continue the conversation. /compact let to the same thing.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

I have the same issue and cannot move on.

@EzTiger you could try this #17809 (comment) but I suggest to wait for official update. I have now retried and compaction works fine (I have NOT enabled that workaround).

We rolled back the change that caused this regression, so this should be addressed now. Apologies for the inconvenience.
