Closing this old-version launch report for now. We don't have evidence that the Codex 0.122.0 Homebrew verification popup persists on current releases. If it does, please reopen with codex/brew versions, the resolved binary path, exact macOS warning, and the signing assessment result for that binary. We haven't verified a specific fixing version.
