Usage popup even after adding credits #21240

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?
Version 26.429.61741 (2429)
What subscription do you have?
Plus
What platform is your computer?
Darwin 25.4.0 arm64 arm
What issue are you seeing?
I purchased Codex credits, restarted the app, still the codex app/vscode plugin show me this popup that take up screen space.
I have plenty of credits remaining even though I'm out of weekly usage.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Try 0 weekly usage left but credits in the account.
What is the expected behavior?
No popup/notice.

It's funny to have poorer UX because you paid extra for a product.
It's still buggy and would love to see this fixed.
