Codex app regression - Plugins no longer load correctly #22752
Adding another reproduction detail for the same regression.
Observed behavior:
In the Codex Desktop composer, typing @ opens the mention picker.
The picker shows the Plugins section as Loading plugins... and never populates plugin suggestions.
This blocks invoking plugins through the normal @ mention flow.
The plugins are not completely unavailable: they can still be reached through the + icon below the composer by choosing Plugins and scrolling the list.
So this looks specifically like the @ mention/autocomplete plugin-loading path hanging, not a general inability to access installed plugins from the UI.
Screenshot evidence from the repro shows the picker stuck at:
Agents
Impeccable Asset Producer ...
Plugins
Loading plugins...

SkyComputerUseClient fails to launch:
dyld: Symbol not found: _swift_task_addPriorityEscalationHandler
Expected in: /usr/lib/swift/libswift_Concurrency.dylib
Binary metadata:
DTSDKName = macosx26.4
DTXcode = 2641
LSMinimumSystemVersion = 15.0`
