better information about usage limit聽#2513

Description

@FreddyE1982

What feature would you like to see?

"馃枑 You've hit your usage limit. Upgrade to Pro (https://openai.com/chatgpt/pricing), or wait for limits to reset (every
5h and every week.)." is not very informative. can we have it show the exact date and time when the limit will reset?

Are you interested in implementing this feature?

    I'm on a teams plan and had this earlier:
    馃枑 You've hit your usage limit. The limits to reset every 5h and every week.

    If I have to wait a short time or if I'm done for the week would be very helpful in planning out my time.
    please add something like a "/limits" command to show where we are in usage, as the tokens mean nothing as it's per session

    How did you even auth with the teams plan, for my it just says no available workspace found.

    I'm not the owner of the teams account, so I have no idea if there is something you have to set up. I'm using WSL and installed codex there. After that when it started, you get the choice of "Sign in with ChatGPT" and I chose that instead of the API key which then launches the ChatGPT login.

    Note that with the current version, it terminal flickers like crazy, I think it's constantly clearing the terminal window and redrawing everything while it waits for you log in. Once logged in, it just works.
