The issue with Chat history disappearing after enabling the integration with Amazon Bedrock is this: when I add this line, according to the OpenAI documentation: model_provider = "amazon-bedrock", it directs the authentication to Bedrock, thus all the previous chats are gone! When I remove the line from the config.toml file, the chats history is back.

It looks like a backend identity + storage partition switch when Amazon Bedrock is enabled. OpenAI needs to rethink the design or make it clearer on the UI!
