What issue are you seeing?
Simple "ping" message on GPT-5.5 low took 13% of my 5h usage limit. No more requests were sent to Codex today — this one was the very first one. What happened?

The codex was absolutely not used anywhere else today. And I don't really understand what's going on. Can you explain to me please?

Well, it need to be investigated. I don't know about others, but "ping" message is cheap, no?
then why -13% for this session? I really don't have an answer

I just sent another "ping" message, and it went from 87% to 75% (-12%).
Here is Session/Feedback ID from another chat with the same history and the same -12% usage from nowhere:

This is still not fixed: one "ping" message on 5.5 low = 7% of the 5h limit

Status page saying everything is fine today, no incidents, but this issue still not fixed.

this is 100% reproducible for me: ran "ping" and got -7% of 5h limit (was 93%, now 87%)
