【BUG】(Mac, Windows) Remote Worktree Session Lost after Update to Chatgpt App #32071

What issue are you seeing?
Both Mac and Windows App's left bar do not display my remote session working on worktrees.
Meanwhile, I can manually open the worktree session by Settings - remoteserver XXX - worktree - thespecific session.
I believe this is a display error.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
(old version codex app)set up a remote session with git
(old version codex app)fork to a worktree
update to chatgpt
(new version chatgpt app) worktree session lost
What is the expected behavior?

No problem... but slow
I left chatgpt there after an hour and soon find my worktree :)
