What issue are you seeing?

I previously raised this same issue and received a reply, but I accidentally closed the thread before I could respond, and I do not have the permissions to reopen it. I have included the description of the issue at the end of this post.

The main point is that my "5-hour quota" dropped instantly from 100% to 0% without any action on my part. I still haven't taken any action since my last post—in fact, because the quota is at 0%, I am unable to perform any actions, such as sending messages to an agent. However, what is puzzling is that during this time, my "total weekly quota" dropped on its own from 44% to 37%.

My 5-hour quota had just reset to 100%, and I hadn't done a thing; yet, just minutes later, I checked again and found it had inexplicably dropped to 22%—and my total weekly quota had plummeted significantly, too! Oh my god! My quota wasn't even enough to begin with! What on earth happened in those few minutes? Is there a bug with my account?

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Without me doing a thing, the credit limit just vanished inexplicably.
