"request timed out" after I upgrade Codex Windows #34262

What issue are you seeing?
After I upgrade my Codex for Windows, I can't get response from GPT.
It keeping reconnecting, and shows "request timed out" at the end.
Before the update, everything was normal, and the web version of ChatGPT works fine for me.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Click the upgrade button.
What is the expected behavior?
get reponse from ChatGPT

The issue is caused by my VPN software. My apologies.
