What issue are you seeing?

I noticed something strange with my Codex usage. My account shows that I still have 58% of my weekly quota remaining, but I received a message saying:
“You’ve reached your usage limit. Upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits to continue, or try again after August 7, 2026 at 21:15.”
Could you help me understand why my access was restricted despite having remaining weekly usage? Is there a separate limit for Codex sessions or another usage cap that I may have reached?

What is the expected behavior?

It works fine. My quota was reset only today.
