Windows desktop: multiple existing conversations get stuck on an infinite loading spinner; Feedback also hangs

ChatGPT desktop app 1.2026.190, Windows 11.

One specific cloud conversation remains on an infinite loading spinner in the desktop app. Other conversations load normally, and the affected conversation opens normally on chatgpt.com.

I tried restarting the desktop app, but the problem remained.

When I use /feedback to report the problem, the Feedback window itself remains indefinitely at “Taking screenshot…” and never opens the feedback form. This also remains reproducible after restarting the app.

The issue is no longer limited to one conversation. At least two unrelated conversations in different projects now remain indefinitely on a blank page with a loading spinner, while other conversations still open.
