What issue are you seeing?

Codex CLI is completely unusable because as soon as you get a response (text being printed to you) the entire scrollback disappears and only resizing the window fixes it (until another thing is printed, then everything disappears again). This has been reported before #20303 and has been fixed by this PR. Please approve me so that I can actually open the PR against the openai/codex repo.

BTW: None of the duplicate issues that get recommended here are actually valid duplicates.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Start any conversation, it will instantly happen. It blows my mind that you do not test your main product on Windows at all before releasing a new version.

What is the expected behavior?

Expected behavior is that I can actually read what the model responds.
