What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

codex cli

What subscription do you have?

pro 20x

What platform is your computer?

mac os pro

What issue are you seeing?

My subscription plan still has 90% remaining, and it's currently under weekly limit mode. I'm not sure about the specific usage of the model; it frequently prompts me that "Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model."

What steps can reproduce the bug?

This problem will appear after using it for a while.

What is the expected behavior?

    I have a macOS PC which asserts this issue and a windows11 PC which doesn't.
    The difference I suspect is the existence of this lines in $HOME/.codex/config.toml

    [features.context_management]
experimental_mode = true

    Do you have this lines in the file?

    its work to fix this problem

    1. find your config.toml, mine is at C:\Users\xxx.codex
    2. change windows.sandbox to unelevated
      [windows]
      sandbox = "unelevated"
    3. unenable some useless plugins, such as
      [plugins."google-drive@openai-curated"]
      enabled = false
      [plugins."google-calendar@openai-curated"]
      enabled = false
      [plugins."slack@openai-curated"]
      enabled = false
