What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What subscription do you have?

Pro 20x

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 25.2.0 arm64 arm

What issue are you seeing?

Codex chat threads will lose several days of history, and then the chat becomes poisoned and will keep losing new history back to that time.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
