What issue are you seeing?

At some point Codex exhausted the file descriptors on the system (not sure if related). I had to kill the codex app-server and restart.

A few turns later I noticed weekly usage left had gone from 80% to 31% and my reset date said Sep 13th.

I asked Codex to investigate and it find the meter drop, but as it was investigating the meter shot back up to 79% left and the reset date went back to Sep 15th, which is what I thought it was before this happened.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

Usage meter doesn't jump 50% from ordinary usage and reset date doesn't bounce back and forth
