   Reproduction

   After manually opening Notepad, Calculator, and File Explorer, no native Windows desktop windows can still be detected.

   Expected result

   With Computer Use enabled and “Any app” allowed, it should be possible to enumerate and control supported native Windows desktop apps.

   Related issues

   The symptoms are similar to #44161 and Windows issues related to Sky RPC / native-app enumeration.
