I have been seeing usage drain quickly over the past few days, seemingly faster due to Astra, but is also seems like total usage limits are down (colleagues also reporting this): #44698

It was a few days ago I switched my Windows app to Windows Native and connected to WSL via SSH remote, with near-zero actual Windows native threads (i.e. near 0 that should register as "App" threads).

I've now noticed big chunks of "App" usage in my usage dashboard. This seems like a bug.

I've been using Astra a lot from day one but on the 7th until today usage started draining super fast.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
