What issue are you seeing?

Codex Desktop Chrome tab RPC is failing while Computer Use works normally. cua.listBrowsers() successfully discovers Chrome as an extension-backed browser, and the native ChatGPT for Chrome host is running normally under Google Chrome. cua.listTabs({ browser: "iab" }) succeeds in ~2.4s, but cua.listTabs({ browser: "chrome" }) times out after ~33s with Error: nodeRepl.fetch request failed. cua.getApp('com.google.Chrome') and AX-based window control work correctly. macOS is 14.8.9 and ChatGPT for Chrome extension version is 1.26.901.11451.
