   Hello I reviewed #46148 as suggested by the duplicate detector. The symptoms are very similar, but I’m keeping this issue open for now because my report includes a reproducible failure specifically affecting long-running ChatGPT Work local tasks, along with an in-app diagnostic Feedback ID. The issue is still occurring as of September 23, 2026. Latest failure: Reconnecting 5/5 stream disconnected before completion: error sending request for url ( https://chatgpt.com/backend-api/codex/responses) Feedback ID with diagnostics: 01a0c194-21fa-7a13-af79-5a3d3368b89e Related issue: #46148 The major impact in my case is that once the local Work stream fails, the long-running task is lost and cannot be resumed from the web client. If these are confirmed to have the same root cause, I’m happy for this issue to be consolidated. Until then, I’d appreciate confirmation from the Codex/App team.
