What issue are you seeing?
When switching from Global GPT-5.6 Sol to Global GPT-6 Astra, Codex displays error message:
Encrypted content cannot be used in a different region from the one that created it.
Codex is configured in Bedrock API mode, using AWS Region us-west-2 and bedrock runtime endpoint.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
User should be able to continue the conversation after switching the model from Sol to Astra.
