Stream disconnected error. Possibly related to auto-compaction. #48685

What issue are you seeing?

I frequently get error stream disconnected before completion: websocket closed by server before response.completed whenever I walk away from my computer while the agent processes a large task. The issue happened twice yesterday and the result was 20% of my 7d usage gone and no work accomplished.

The issue seems to happen when the context gets automatically compacted. When I return to my computer I see Context automatically compacted message, then Reconnecting 5/5, and then stream disconnected... error.

Note: This may be related to the agent using the Computer Use skill to test it's work.

When this happens the session is toast. Any message I send to the agent results in Context automatically compacted message, then Reconnecting #/5, then at reconnect 5/5 I get the stream error.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Agent is working on a game mod. I set the agent to work on a fairly large task that requires the agent to use Blender to generate 3d models, and the Computer Use skill to test it's work natively in-game. I walk away from computer while agent is processing the task.

I expect the agent to complete the assigned task.
