Feature request: Chinese descriptions throughout the plugin marketplace #54035

Please make all plugin marketplace descriptions available in Simplified Chinese in the Codex desktop app.

Location: Left sidebar > Plugins, including marketplace cards, plugin detail pages, and installed plugin descriptions.

Problem: Descriptions mix English and Chinese, making it difficult for Chinese-speaking users to understand and compare plugins.

Requested behavior: Follow the app language setting. When Chinese is selected, display Chinese subtitles, descriptions, capabilities and example prompts for every plugin. If a publisher has not provided a Chinese translation, offer automatic translation with an option to view the original. Preserve plugin names, identifiers and technical terms where appropriate.

Changing downloaded plugin manifests does not address the public marketplace display. Please implement this at the marketplace/UI level.
