[Desktop] Pinned ChatGPT chat missing with “Last updated”, visible with “Manual order” #54557

Environment

ChatGPT/Codex desktop app 26.1013.31256 (build 20586), macOS 27.0.1.

Problem

A pinned ChatGPT conversation is visible on chatgpt.com but missing from the desktop app’s Pinned section, including with ChatGPT selected.

Observed steps

1. Have an existing pinned ChatGPT conversation that appears on the web.
2. In the desktop app’s Pinned menu, select Last updated. The affected conversation is missing.
3. Change the same setting to Manual order. The conversation appears without being pinned again.

Expected behavior

Both sorting modes should display the same pinned conversations; only their order should change.

Workaround

Use Manual order.

Observed with an existing conversation; reproduction on a clean account has not been tested.
