What issue are you seeing?
Codex is instructed to do TDD, where tests must turn green before committing changes. However, the current changes fail the test suite and Codex suggests to commit these changes. After repeated instructions to rerun the failing test suite, which Codex does and indeed it fails, and instructing that tests must turn green before proceeding to commit, Codex keeps suggesting to commit.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
I expected Codex to fix any failures before proceeding to commit.
