Version 0.58 displays all our business account usage as full #6635

After upgrading to 0.58 all our business accounts status comes up as full.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
When we start the day we a fresh account with just a simple "hi" and then checking the status we will get:

We changed usage display across Codex CLI, VS Code extension and web to be consistent and it now displays usage remaining. Like fuel in a car. If it's close to 100% it's good, if it's close to 0%, go refuel.

Thanks for clarification.
There might be another issue with version 0.58 as although it shows 100% free it asks us to switch to gtp-codex-mini due to usage limit.
Could it be that the part of the code that checks for remaining balance needs to be modified too?
