Notify doesn't work when using warp #772

What steps can reproduce the bug?
use warp with the --notify command, never get notified or asked if you want to allow notifications.
Related to PR #160
What is the expected behavior?
Get notifications or a pop over to even allow for notices

Nothing

Appears to have been my own issue with how warp handles notifications :)
