What platform is your computer?
FYI, That powershell command those work. However I'm running Windows 11 latest Dev Channel
What issue are you seeing?
It's incredibly slow, I see access errors everywhere even though I gave it full permissions and am running Powershell as admin.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
Not have to wait an hour to modify 4 files.

I have the same issue! No errors now, but it's extremely slow. Performing basic tasks for 40 minutes in average. Absolutely unusable

The powershell command works, you have to run it with the quotes:
