on remote servers connected via SSH, connection errors always appear. The server can connect to the network, but Codex cannot connect #8188
I can use Codex normally on Windows, but on remote servers connected via SSH, connection errors always appear. The server can connect to the network, but Codex cannot connect
Codex is often used on ssh servers, so this is most likely a configuration issue with your remote server. It's likely that certain endpoints are being blocked. You'll need to diagnose this on your system.
I tried to look up the session that you referenced, but it was never uploaded. I suspect that was also blocked.
How can I find out what port the remote server is using? I can retrieve information about OpenAI using curl on the remote server, but why can't I connect to CodeX? If I hadn't copied the Windows auth. json file to the remote server, I wouldn't have been able to log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but it still hasn't been resolved. I've been troubled for 2 days now, please point me to a clear path.
