Removes the
.github/workflows/devops-boards.yamlworkflow that synced GitHub issues to Azure DevOps work items.No other references to this workflow exist in the repository.
Note: the associated GitHub Actions environment (
issues) and repository variables (AZURE_SP_DEVOPS_SYNC_CLIENT_ID,AZURE_SP_DEVOPS_SYNC_TENANT_ID) are configured in repo settings and may be cleaned up separately if no longer needed.
