Any resolution on this vulnerability, as I see set-value has a latest version of 4.0.1, but react-scripts use 2.0 version

These are very likely all development dependencies, which don't have any real vulnerability in production. See #11174 for more info.

My development machine is vulnerable, not production. Thanks for the reassurance. I don't really care for this $5500 laptop anyway.
