npm run build failed with error code ELIFECYCLE #5705

Did you try recovering your dependencies?

Yes.
Removed node_modules, package-lock.json.
Then npm install - npm@latest and npm install

Environment

node -v: v8.11.4
npm -v: 5.6.0

Windows 7

1. Cd to the project folder
2. run the following command: npm run build

Expected Behavior

Successful Build.

Failed to compile with error code ELIFECYCLE, Exit Status 1
