Read imports and exports beyond TypeScript and JavaScript #38
Hidden coupling (#17) and module depth (#18) need to read code. They start with TypeScript/JavaScript via oxc-parser; for every other language imports and depth are null, while everything else in codeheat (hotspots, coupling, modules, cohesion, trends, interface churn) already works for any language. The engine reads code through one small adapter per language, so languages can be added one at a time.
Goal
Hidden coupling and module depth cover the languages that matter most next, each with a lightweight scanner rather than a new native dependency.
Milestones (in this order, lowest priority overall)
Deliberately not planned for now: Java/Kotlin and C/C++ (C/C++ needs the build system's include paths, e.g. compile_commands.json, to resolve #include). They can be added later through the same seam.
Acceptance criteria
The three milestone issues are closed, and the README lists supported languages per signal.
