Find copy families that change in lockstep #60

Find copy families: groups of files with largely the same content (normalized token shingles) that keep changing in lockstep, reported once with members, similarity and the fixes applied to all of them, with the design move "extract the shared abstraction". Similarity is computed only among files that are already coupled, so the cost stays low.
