Find cliques whose members sit in a bucket of smaller folders #84

Problem

Entry points compute cliques over the territories at the recommended detail. A bucket ("N smaller folders in X") is left out of that co-change graph, so a group of packages that keep changing together goes missing as soon as one member sits inside a bucket.

On a large monorepo the module-level cliques already report such a group (a core package, two platform packages and a compiler package); at the territory level none of them appears as a clique entry at the recommended detail.

Possible directions

  • Map module cliques to the territories that hold their files and list them as clique entries.
  • Open the hottest bucket members into the partition used for cliques only.
  • Compute cliques at the finest detail and merge them upward.

Done when

  • On a large monorepo, a clique among the core, compiler and platform packages appears among the entry points.
  • Entries still never name a bucket as a territory.
