Anime Series are Added with TV Show Settings

After a recent update from sonarr (past 3-4 weeks I'm assuming) whenever an anime series is requested (auto approved) it gets added with the default TV show root Folder and quality settings instead of the configured Anime series settings. Some things of note:

This only happens when auto approved is turned on but advanced requests is turned off. If I (admin privileges) try to request an anime, the advance requests menue show the correct anime root and quality settings.

This only happens if the Anime series type is set to standard instead of Anime. I would gladly select Anime but than I'm faced with another issue where the sonarr searches for individual episodes instead of season releases and this takes anywhere from 4-8 mins.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the type for Anime series to Standard.
2. Ensure Auto Approve is turned on.
3. Request an Anime.
4. Anime will be added with TV show settings instead of Anime settings.
