Vendor three skills from obra/superpowers into the setkernel plugin #33

Open

Description

@realRaghavGupta

Why

verification-before-completion, systematic-debugging and test-driven-development from obra/superpowers (MIT, https://github.com/obra/superpowers), vendored so nothing third-party connects.

Do

  • Copy one skill at a time with its licence notice, adapt it to our rules (make check, the org rules).
  • Eval each with the plugin evals before keeping it.

Done when

The three skills are in the plugin and each passes its eval.

Roadmap: wave 5 of the next-level roadmap (https://claude.ai/artifact/Rsg4uPgpwSp2DDTM2iVK78), tracked in setkernel/hq#273.
Released by hand when wave 4 (setkernel/hq#272) closes (the release watcher reads hq only).
