   P5 for mezbano: setkernel/mezbano#105 merged on 2026-10-15, moving mezbano onto the central standard (no .claude/, .agents/ or kit). The org-side follow-ups are open for review:

   • setkernel/hq#184: mezbano leaves the exemption (docs/repo-standard.md, SKIP_REPOS in version-policy, agent-dispatch and sk-agent).
   • feat(managed): deny remote D1 migrations and --file runs, secret and key edits #19: the managed deny list takes over the guards mezbano's repo settings held (D1 migrations, remote --file runs, secret and key edits).
   • Decisions for you: Remote D1 SQL write guard: permission rules can't express it, so pick a plugin hook, an ask rule or nothing #18 (the remote D1 SQL write guard) and Managed deny list: catch force-push in any form, and git reset --hard, git clean, git branch -D, npm publish #22 (force-push gap and destructive git commands).

   This issue's P5 checklist still names the kit:core block, which #14 removed.

   Raghav, does this still stand? Since it was written (2026-10-12; the last status comment was 10-15), the org layer has moved on. agent-plugins#24 merged the managed settings (paste pending, hq#332). The per-repo "Fresh start on central agent management" PRs (autopilot#4, dotted-map-next#20 and lafka-plugin#60) went back to agents today for a review or a merge round. hq#333 adds managedSourcesBehavior: "merge".

   • Keep it: I re-check the 5 boxes against what's merged and release what's left.
   • Close it: those PRs and hq#332 carry the rest.

   Corrected 2026-10-21 after a fact-check: the issue dates from 10-12, not 10-15.
