Goal. Accessibility of the live status, on top of #8.

  • role="status" / aria-live on the status line and the offline banner.
  • Cues that don't rely on colour: an icon or text next to the coloured dot and the pills.
  • A visible "data as of HH:MM UTC" line.

Start after #8 is merged, to avoid conflicts. Done when npm run validate passes and the PR lists what a screen reader announces.

Decision: setkernel/hq#113 (Raghav's answers in its comments). Tracking: setkernel/hq#105.

    Folded into the redesign (#17): status accessibility is part of the new design. Closing this once that merges.
