Goal

Bring setkernel-live onto the org font rule (setkernel/agent-plugins#20, and "Fonts" in setkernel/hq docs/repo-standard.md): Google Fonts only, self-hosted with the licence file, no runtime font CDN, no system fonts. Live site live.setkernel.com. Main already self-hosts Manrope and IBM Plex Mono with font-src 'self'; see the note on setkernel-live#12 in the hq report.

The findings, with file:line at 0f37d31, are in setkernel/hq docs/research/font-audit.md, section "setkernel-live" (setkernel/hq#181).

Acceptance criteria

• public/style.css:30-31: "Manrope", sans-serif and "IBM Plex Mono", monospace.
• docs/design/v2/reference.html:10-12, :27-28: embed subset woff2 (as the v3 prototypes do) and drop the system fallbacks.
• public/og.png: commit its generator with committed TTF and a pinned FONTCONFIG_FILE when it is next regenerated.
• Every font stack that remains ends in the self-hosted face, then one generic family (sans-serif, serif or monospace). No named system font, no font CDN, and a licence file beside every committed font file.
• Before-and-after screenshots in the PR, inline, of the page at desktop and phone widths (setkernel/hq#179). A font change is visual: Raghav judges it by eye.
• The repo's checks pass (make check where the repo has it, otherwise its CI).
