Description

Goal
live.setkernel.com becomes the page that wins setkernel its customers: a visitor sees the team working right now, understands how the company works, and can book a live demo. Prototype first; Raghav picks from screenshots (hq#179). The Day design (setkernel-live#48) stays the base.
Acceptance criteria
- A clickable prototype under
docs/design/v4/showcase/, one self-containedindex.htmlthat opens by double-click, with screenshots at 375, 1440 and 2560, before any build. It shows:- the live team view (the Day wall as it is today);
- a guided "how it works" walkthrough, one step per screen: an idea is described → a charter with phases and acceptance examples → the team builds → evidence (tests, screenshots, checks) → an independent review from a second model → the merge → the outcome checked in production. Each step links a real, redacted example from a public repo;
- the numbers that sell: throughput, lead time, pass rate, revert rate, time to recover from a failure;
- a redacted example of the daily brief a client would receive;
- a "book a live demo" call to action.
- A "demo mode" Raghav can open on a call: any public PR's evidence, step by step.
- Privacy, enforced in code: star names only; never a private repo name, URL, issue text, code, client name or per-person usage figure; security findings only 24 hours after the fix. The publisher is an allowlist: nothing reaches the page unless a rule lets it. A CI test fails on any private repo name, pulled live from the GitHub API.
- Google Fonts, self-hosted (org rule); WCAG 2.2 AA; no inline scripts (the CSP stays as it is); at least two rounds of looking at your own screenshots and revising, recorded in the PR; screenshots inline in the PR description at the head commit.
-
npm run validatepasses.
Notes / pointers
- Parent: setkernel/hq#213 (private). This issue carries only what is safe to publish; the design detail in the parent's spec is summarised above.
- Build nothing into
public/until Raghav has picked a direction from the prototype screenshots.

Folded into setkernel/hq#943 (V5 design pass). The v4 showcase prototype from #53 becomes one of its public-page options, and the pick is asked there with fresh screenshots.
