max-inflight requests with consideration to requests content #665

Hello!
When doing json rpc service , to distinguish request type, it is basically required to parse json request and make bucketing based on that. On a top of it , there is difference between rate limiting, and "maximum inflight requests" , i.e. how many ongoing requests of given type I have at a moment. Is sozu capable of doing that or considered to make it able to do that?

sozu is not able to do that right now, but I'm planning more flexible load balancing, and plugins for request inspection and routing (probably wasm based)
