added logic to check for orphaned tests in validate.py as well as a initial spec file for all tests.

Example orphan error:

ERROR: orphaned test First Time Seen Child Process of Zoom Unit Test, detection file detections/endpoint/first_time_seen_child_process_of_zoom.yml no longer exists or incorrect detection path under `file`
