What do you want to change?

#2805 added a new query analyzer that talks to a running PostgreSQL database. We should add an analyzer that talks to a local SQLite database as well. It gets a bit tricky as we need to select a SQLite implementation that works cross-platform and supports retrieving metadata from prepared queries.
